How much can I take per day?

Sachets : You can safely consume up to 1 sachet per day. You should always start dosage low and increase incrementally based on your individual body’s response. To take, dissolve 1 sachet in 500mL of water during or after your workout. Alternatively take as a pick me up in between meal times. Use cold water for the best flavour result.

Cans : You can safely consume up to 3 cans per day depending on the individual's constitution. You should always start dosage low and increase incrementally based on your individual body’s response.

Pre-Workout : We recommend you don't drink more than 2 cans per day. You should always start dosage low and increase incrementally based on your individual body’s response.
